Yoga nidra is a guided rest practice that calms the body and clarifies the mind. In this space, rest of all kinds is welcome. Settle down, close your eyes, and allow my voice to guide you home to yourself.

INTENTIONAL SPACE | INTENTIONAL PRACTICES
Your yoga mat is a safe and intentional space to land. Honoring that space and LISTENING to the messages of your body in that space is a priority. I use a light-hearted and intuitive approach to cultivate this awareness. Classes are purposeful, fun and meaningful. Each class is a layered experience of movement, nourishing breath and meditation techniques. I offer plenty of modifications, unique variations and sometimes playful ways to challenge yourself where the challenge is always determined by you. Cultivating awareness and mindfulness offers you an inner resource as you learn and explore the realm of the asanas (postures) pranayama (breathwork) and the subtle realm of meditation and stillness. My intention is that all students feel supported, inspired and ultimately feel as if they have experienced something rewarding and fulfilling. My sincere hope is that, while the physical asana practice might be your introduction to yoga (as it was for me), you will, through your own yoga practice, find a fulfilling and connected space to move beyond the asanas. A more effortless way of being within yourself and within the world around you.
