YOGA IN MARKDALE:

YOGA IN MARKDALE SPRING SESSION DETAILS:
Kinda like a special Netflix limited series: 4 sweet "episodes" that will leave you feeling completely fulfilled
Class #1:
Do you have back strain or pain? This first session is a therapeutic class for the spine. We will take the spine in all its various ranges of motion finding creative ways to decrease stress and tension plus creative ways to strengthen the surrounding muscles around the spine for support.
Contemplative moments to observe energy / prana will be sprinkled throughout this class as well.
Class #2:
Do you sit or drive a lot? This class will dive into the hips and the movements that help release tension created from extended periods of sitting or driving. We will also explore stretches that address sciatic joint dysfunction and inflammation.
A light focus of Chinese Medicine Theory and balancing of Qi / Chi will assist this class.
Class #3:
Upper back pain, shoulder discomfort & headaches?
In this class we will make use of creative yoga props to give the upper back, shoulders, head and neck a deep massage and release.
You will learn some simple takeaway techniques to practice at home.
Class #4:
A class for the whole / full body. This final class will explore a nourishing sequence to rinse through the whole physical body. This will lead into the incomparable comfort and healing of a Yoga Nidra guided meditation experience.
