CHAIR YOGA
A mind-body practice incorporating stretching, strengthening and mobility as well as other elements such as breathing and meditation. Both seated and standing postures will be assisted by a chair to provide stability + support.

An evening practice that combines all the essentials: asana, pramayama and meditation. An intentional mix of both yin and yang qualities, active movement, passive stretching and attention to breath, plus a sprinkling of yoga philosophy to offer food for thought. My themes change weekly, but trust that you’ll receive a full practice with both effort and rest included.

YIN YOGA
Experience the long, slow, holds of Yin Yoga to unwind your tension, awaken your connective tissue and discover a practice that gives you the time to dive within. Physically yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues like your fascia, ligaments, and joints, decreasing inflammation while improving flexibility. Mentally this is a meditative practice that fosters relaxation, stress reduction, and internal awareness.

NEW ONLINE CLASS

BREATH + MOVEMENT + MEDITATION
An online offering VIA ZOOM allows you to explore yoga postures, breath exercises and meditation from the comfort and conveneience of your own home. Each class will be a slow flow style of yoga, lingering in each posture for 6-7 breaths. A mindful practice with minimal cues and minimal yoga props required. The last 5 minutes of class will be dedicated to a seated (or reclined) meditation. An email invite will be sent to your inbox 2 hours before the start of each class.

- Bring your own yoga mat + water if you wish. The studio is well stocked with plenty of yoga props to assist your practice.
