As a multi-disciplinary trained Yoga Teacher and Educator, my approach combines teachings from traditional yoga practices, Chinese medicine theory and western wellness perspectives. My aim is to work with you to create holistic and therapeutic sessions where you are actively involved in the process of nurturing your own wellness goals.

How to start:
Before working together, we will set up a free 15 minute phone consultation to chat, gather some information and decide if we're the right fit for eachother.
Private Sessions are offered at my studio OR if requested I can travel to your home. Most students benifit from 5-10 private sessions and many students see me regularly once a week. Sessions can be booked weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
The first session:
During our initial meeting, much of our time will be spent talking and discussing your yoga goals, any past injuries or special needs, questions and concerns. I value listening to your history and I enjoy sharing the layers of a well rounded yoga experience. Our shared discussion leads towards how the various elements of a yoga practice may most benefit you. This session is for us to get to know each other and what we uncover helps me to plan our future sessions. From our time together I personally tailor a simple yoga practice to support you individually. The foundations of a practice usually encompass breath exercises, intentional movement and meditation techniques. However, these elements vary depending on each individual. There are never any expectations, rather each session is catered to what your physical and energetic needs are that day.

1 session: $85 (75 minutes)
5 prepaid sessions: $375 (60 minutes each)

YOGA IN YOUR OWN HOME:Whether your life and schedule are hectic OR you are unable to travel / drive or simply want the convenience. Sometimes attending group classes at a studio can create more stress in your life.
Allow me to bring yoga to you. I can easily adapt a rewarding yoga practice to meet your needs and your space in the comfort and convenience of your own home. Breathwork, intentional movement and meditation techniques are tailored to support you individually. Sessions can be scheduled for one time, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. |
