BREATH + MOVEMENT + MEDITATION
An online offering VIA ZOOM allows you to explore yoga postures, breath exercises and meditation from the comfort and conveneience of your own home. Each class will be a slow flow style of yoga, lingering in each posture for 6-7 breaths. This will be an intentionally mindful practice with minimal cues and minimal yoga props required. The last 5 minutes of class will be dedicated to a seated (or reclined) meditation. An email invite will be sent to your inbox 2 hours before the start of each class.
