YIN YOGA + YOGA NIDRA
Experience the long, slow, holds of yin yoga to unwind your tension, awaken your connective tissue and discover a practice that gives you the time to dive within. Physically yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues like your fascia, ligaments, and joints, decreasing inflammation while improving flexibility. Mentally this is a meditative practice that fosters relaxation, stress reduction, and internal awareness. Every class ends with a yoga nidra experience (a guided rest practice) to further shift the body from a stress response to a state of rest...a beautiful nervous system reset.

A mind-body practice incorporating stretching, strengthening and mobility as well as other elements such as breathing and meditation. Both seated and standing postures will be assisted by a chair to provide stability + support.

A balanced class that combines all the essentials: asana, pramayama and meditation, plus a sprinkling of yoga philosophy to offer food for thought. My themes change weekly, but trust that you’ll receive a full practice with both effort and rest included.
